Salary : £30,177.00 per annum Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 - 35 hours per week Grade : CM30 Location: Hybrid role - Birchwood Warrington & Remote Job purpose To provide executive, administrative and office support to ensure the daily running of the Executive team and the office environment. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and managing diaries and visitors. This role is responsible for liaising with internal and external contacts and managing general office a dministration, supplies and onsite requirements. Main responsibilities Provide full executive and administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute relevant documents and follow-up actions. Manage emails and phone enquiries in a timely manner. Maintain filing, records, confidential information and documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external contacts, suppliers and visitors. Support the coordination of onsite requirements including ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering or visitor needs. Assist with the preparations of presentations, documents and reports as. Process purchase orders, invoices and expenses in line with company procedures and in a timely manner. Monitor office equipment, facilities and general workplace requirements, escalating any issues where appropriate. Support compliance with company policies, procedures, H&S requirements and visitor requirements. Provide general business support on day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth running of business and office operations. Keep up to date with industry, governance and internal change. Knowledge, skills and experience required Strong admin and organisation skills, with experience supporting senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience preparing documents and presentations. Ability to understand and interpret data. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and work independently. Customer focused with a professional phone manner and written communication style. Demonstrates a positive approach, flexibility, and willingness to support a wide range of business and admin tasks. Understanding of general office procedures, ordering processes, finance administration (e.g. invoices, purchase orders) and compliance requirements including H&S.
