Full-time, long-term opportunityYour Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Implement EHCP targets and personalised strategies
Support pupils with both academic and emotional development
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCOThis SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone patient, resilient and confident supporting children with SEND in a primary setting.
We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Experience supporting children with SEND
A calm and nurturing approach
