Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor London Freelance | Start Mid-February £290 - £320 p/d Avolon M&E are seeking an experienced Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor to support delivery of a live mechanical project in London. The project is a Design & Build mechanical package with a value between £750k – £1.5m. Scope of Works The role will involve supervising and coordinating the installation of mechanical services, including: * BMS coordination * Ductwork installations * AHUs * MVHR systems * Air conditioning * Plumbing * Chillers * Smoke dampers Role Responsibilities You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, ensuring quality standards are met, and enforcing health & safety on site. Requirements Applicants should have proven experience supervising mechanical works on D&B projects, with the ability to manage multiple trades on site. A strong mechanical background is essential.
