Job Description
The role of Implementation project manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for building and sustaining a first-class relationship with all customers whilst arranging the engineer visits for the telematics order requests as well as managing customer expectations, quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
* Work on a large volume of challenging projects with private and public sector-based clients you will have day to day responsibility for associated project management implementation and administration
* Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Liaise with internal and external teams to implement installation plan(s) and manage installers to deliver in line with SLAs agreed
* Produce project tracking documents
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
* Day to day project management, handling and resolving any queries arising
* System setup and reporting in line with customer requirements
* Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient Implementation of the project(s)
* Prioritise, manage and report on the project, working with key stakeholders
* Identify resources and assign responsibilities
* Ensure that you uphold, and work in accordance with Radius Information Security policies and procedures
What do we expect of you?
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients at any one time
* Excellent knowledge of Excel
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
* Problem solving skills with focus on quality and the onboarding customer service delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbal
* Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment.
* The ability to manage time and work comfortably under pressure, to complete required tasks to required deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet both client and business needs.
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office- Teams, Word, Excel etc.
