Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the sales team within your designated area.
2. Identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts through strategic sales planning.
3. Organizing market research and monitoring competitor activity.
4. Achieving growth targets aligned with budgets.
5. Managing Business Development Managers (BDMs) against KPIs.
6. Delivering sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
7. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
8. Identifying training needs for your team.
9. Assisting in customer visits and engagement.
10. Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in sales development, preferably within the Automotive Aftermarket.
2. Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
3. Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
