What you’ll be doing…
* Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front‑of‑house areas and equipment
* Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
* Liaise with the kitchen team and conduct a team briefing to ensure the business runs effectively
* Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
* To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, and health and safety regulations
* Assist the contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookkeeping
Working Pattern: 4 days per week / flexible working patterns / predominantly between Monday to Friday
What can you bring?
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment
* Focused on the front line
* Self‑motivated and able to work well unsupervised
* Previous experience within catering desirable
