We're delighted to be recruiting for the position of Deputy Research School Director at Newcastle Research School. This role is crucial in supporting the strategic direction of our Research School, with a focus on improving teaching quality through academic research that makes a tangible difference.
The role involves facilitating the sharing of educational research and offers an exciting opportunity to impact the educational landscape. We are seeking a colleague who:
1. Can drive the continued success of Newcastle Research School within the wider Research School Network.
2. Will expand our reach and confidently deliver sessions, webinars, and conferences that inspire and inform educators.
3. Has research and development experience with the ability to organize bespoke, evidence-informed training packages for teachers and school leaders to translate into practice.
This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, until 31st August 2027.
Newcastle Research School is part of NEAT Academy Trust, which includes 6 primary schools and 2 secondary schools.
