Job Title: Business Systems Project Manager, Bedford
Join Finnebrogue, a leading food producer recognized for innovation and excellence. We are seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP, MES, automation, and traceability solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and delivery of digital and tech projects to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams.
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure tech solutions meet manufacturing standards, including compliance and sustainability.
5. Oversee implementation of systems like ERP, MES, and digital quality tools.
6. Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
7. Ensure successful adoption and understanding of new systems among teams.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Work Details:
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm core hours.
