HR Advisor – Employee-Focused, Policy-Driven, Business-Centric
Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role
This client seeks a highly capable and experienced HR Advisor to join a stable, dynamic and professional HR team. With 3–5 years of proven HR experience and ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy across three core areas:
1. HR Legislation Delivery – Ensuring compliance and clarity in all employee/employer relations
2. Employee Welfare Development – Championing wellbeing and career progression
3. HR Advisory & Coaching – Partnering with senior management to embed best practice

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders and line managers
* Lead and support employee consultations, case management, and policy development
* Interpret and apply HR legislation to ensure consistent and compliant practices
* Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and career development planning
* Collaborate closely with the wider employee network to understand individual needs and performance drivers
* Produce detailed reports and present insights at management meetings
* Maintain and utilise HR systems including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
About you
* 3–5 years’ HR experience in a generalist or advisory capacityCIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experienceStrong background in employee consultation, case management, and policy developmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in your ability to manage sensitive situations, showing empathy at all times
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Empathetic, insightful, and committed to employee welfare
* A keenness to take on new projects
* Confident in producing complex reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
