Customer Service Associate\n£25,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)\nPermanent \nMonday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm\nNottingham, office-based\nStart date: ASAP\n\nHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading global outsourcing organisation, who are looking for Customer Service Associates to join their team based in Nottingham City Centre.\n\nWe're looking for relationship builders who take pride in delivering high quality customer service whilst achieving the project goals.\n\nWhat will the role involve?\n\nProvide outstanding customer service via phone, webchat, and email.\nFollow communication scripts and use responses/email templates when interacting with customers.\nHandle high volume of calls, chats and emails with varying degrees of questions and concerns.\nWork collaboratively in a team environment promoting a positive work ethic.\nNavigate and learn multiple computer systems efficiently.\nAdhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters, as well as company policies and procedures.\nEffective problem-solving skills to deliver timely resolutions.\nMeeting targets for customer satisfaction, average handling time, compliance, attendance, and adherence.Who are we looking for?\n\nExcellent communication skills.\nPrevious customer service experience is desirable.\nAbility to work in a high-volume production environment.\nComfortable navigating multiple computer systems.\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nTeam player with a positive work ethic.Additional Information - Please note, this role will be subject to 5 years of employment references, financial checks & a clear DBS. \n\nIf you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you so, please submit your CV today
