About the Role
As HR Advisor, you’s be the go-to contact for managers and employees, providing practical HR guidance and support across a range of people matters. This is a fast-paced, operational environment, so being visible, proactive, and organised is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage absence processes including welfare calls, occupational health referrals, and absence review meetings
- Ensure right to work compliance for all employees
- Coordinate parental leave processes (maternity, paternity, and extended leave) in line with legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to managers across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing multiple employee relations cases
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers
- Experience in a fast‑paced or manufacturing environment (desirable)
Working Pattern
- 20 hours per week
- Includes one evening shift per week (Wednesday or Thursday, approx. 6:00/6:30pm)
- Flexible working across the week
- Option to work one day from home (agreed with HR team)
