Your new role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring robust financial control and delivering accurate and timely reporting. You will play a key role in group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while supporting senior leadership with valuable financial insights. Key duties will include: Weekly sales reporting and forecasting Preparation of management accounts for multiple entities within strict deadlines Balance sheet reviews and identification of financial risks Managing banking processes and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements Overseeing statutory returns including VAT (UK & ROI), PAYE, and other submissions Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Driving continuous improvement in reporting, KPIs, and financial processes Working closely with credit control to enhance policies and improve operational efficiencies You will also have responsibility for managing and developing a small team, ensuring high performance and a strong culture of compliance within the finance function.
