Job Description

Join our Swim Teacher Team at Stone Leisure Centre, which offers swimming lessons 7 days a week, including mornings and evenings, alongside amenities like an onsite Costa, studios, and a gym.
As an Assistant Swim Teacher, you will support our Swim Teachers in delivering lessons to all ages and abilities, ensuring customers feel supported and achieve their goals. We support career progression through additional training, but we also respect those who prefer to excel in their current role.

Requirements
* Level 1 Swim Teaching Qualification (training provided for suitable candidates)
* Willingness to obtain a nationally recognized swim teaching qualification
* DBS Check
* Interest in swimming, fitness, and health
* Enthusiasm for teaching learn-to-swim to juniors and adults
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication skills, friendly and organized
* Motivated, enthusiastic team player eager to develop skills
