Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Housing Resolutions Officer. Working within the housing directorate, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, sensitive, and effective complaints service.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Investigating and resolving customer complaints
2. Identifying learning opportunities and improvements from each complaint
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to prevent reoccurrence
Essential requirements:
* Experience managing a caseload and working in a frontline service environment
* Empathy and commitment to customer service
* Ability to challenge barriers to service delivery
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience relevant to the role
