The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in a week
Description
This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching — all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
To support our clients across all media globally, this role demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, understanding project timelines, maintaining records, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to the Image Team Leaders and Head of Art are expected to keep everyone informed of progress and changes.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during imagery development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Develop a thorough understanding of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily.
* Keep team members informed about their project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Work with brief owners to ensure all necessary assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments to prevent information loss or misinterpretation.
* Manage the accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure all estimates are approved before work starts.
* Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
This position requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and/or photography is beneficial. A willingness to learn and understand the software used by the team will help improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is a decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, a proactive attitude, and a positive, approachable personality.
