Overview
Multi Skilled Plumber – Location: In and around Bradford. Contract Length: 4 years. Rate: £22 - £23 p/h CIS. Start: Immediate.
We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Plumbers to join a long-term contract, delivering bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing properties across Bradford.
Responsibilities
* Proven multi-skilled experience: core plumbing skills, plus low-level joinery and plaster patching.
* Confident in fitting plastic shower panels.
* Must have own van and tools (fuel not provided).
* Materials, fittings, and waste removal are arranged and provided.
* Ability to work in occupied properties; professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience working as a Multi Skilled Plumber.
* Ability to carry out additional trades alongside plumbing.
* Previous experience working in a social housing environment.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Own van and tools.
