Job Description
At Home Instead Bedford, we're inviting you to be a part of our compassionate Weekend Community Care Companion team. Offer companionship, support, and happiness to our clients, all while enjoying the flexibility and satisfaction that comes with weekend working.
Responsibilities:
* Build memorable connections with clients, offering warmth and care during weekend visits.
* Enhance the home atmosphere by aiding in light household chores and meal preparations.
* Help clients cherish their weekends, sharing in activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.
* Ensure transparent communication with clients and loved ones, offering first-rate care and comfort.
Requirements:
* Experience is not required; we offer comprehensive in-house training.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* You must have dependable transportation for various duties.
* Superior organisational and time management skills.
* A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
