Mighty Kids Supplements is a fast growing family-run business, having achieved around £10M revenue in its second year of trading, with a customer base of over 100k.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring a truly exceptional customer experience. Demonstrable knowledge of nutritional principles or dietary supplementation an advantage.
The role is for between 20-40 hours per week. It is fully remote with a somewhat flexible work schedule, but it is very intensive and requires a lot of motivation and commitment. You will be one of a team of 5, facing messages from over 100k customers.
Tuesday and Friday availability is required (6 hours at any time of the day), along with one Saturday per month (8 hours).
Marketing experience and / or familiarity with using Canva for the creation of social media content may be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email and IG
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
* Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
* At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working from own initiative
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
