1) OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To plan the daily jobs for the Service PPM engineers across the UK and Ireland dealing with Key Account & Non-Key Account customers, working towards our monthly PPM KPI commitments.
2) REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
To report directly to Planning Manager & Planning Team Leader
Working alongside a team of 4 x Reactive Planning Coordinators, also working closely with the PPM engineering field team and regional operation managers
3) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinating, and scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure timely execution.
* Directly schedule the PPM work commitment for the PPM Service engineers and support the Regional Planning Team with PPM scheduling for Reactive Engineers.
* To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the engineering field team.
* To work closely with Key Account & Non-Key Account customers to help adhere to contractual PPM SLA commitments.
* Communicating with other internal departments regarding PPM compliance.
* Providing customers with regular updates, such as ETA`s and rescheduled dates where attendance did not take place.
* Maintaining asset data and processing changes when required.
* Updating FAAC internal planning system (Currently FSM).
* Daily communication with engineers on workload/bookings
4) KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Ability/Experience of planning/ scheduling to meet customer/ business needs
* IT literate with a good knowledge of MS Office suite of packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Must be available to work one Saturday every 5 weeks
