Your Role
At, Oxa we're driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment — and we're looking for a confident and adaptable HR Generalist to help us deliver a strong people experience globally. As we continue to grow, we need a proactive generalist who can deliver operational excellence and provide practical HR guidance to managers throughout the employee life cycle.
From onboarding and policy updates to handling probation reviews and low-level ER matters, you’ll bring a practical, people-focused approach to your work. You’ll apply your knowledge of UK employment law with confidence, while contributing to the consistency of our global practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a meaningful impact as we grow.
Requirements
What you need to succeed
o Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR lifecycle processes, with a commitment to applying HR best practice.
o Some exposure to international HR or working across multiple regions is advantageous.
o Experience handling low-complexity employee relations cases (e.g. probation concerns, minor conduct issues).
o Background in generalist HR roles, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly changing environments.
o Comfortable working in dynamic settings with shifting priorities and a degree of ambiguity.
o Confident in coaching and supporting line managers, building strong working relationships across the business.
o Able to manage day-to-day HR processes independently, including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, and probation reviews.
o Digitally confident, with experience using SaaS-based HR systems and tools.
o Has contributed to the delivery of people-related projects, such as performance reviews or employee engagement surveys.
