 
        
        Responsibilities
of the Technical Coordinator:
 1. Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
 2. Prepare and manage Building Regulations approvals.
 3. Review and approve third-party technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
 4. Coordinate and manage section agreements (S38, S104, S278).
 5. Conduct technical reviews of architectural and engineering drawings.
 6. Provide support in resolving site-specific technical issues.
 7. Liaise with local planning authorities, utility providers and external consultants.
 8. Ensure compliance with NHBC and Building Regulations.
 9. Support the land and planning team in feasibility assessments for new developments.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
 10. Experience as a Technical Coordinator, Assistant Technical Coordinator, Architectural Technician, Engineer or similar within residential development.
 11. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, planning procedures and section agreements.
 12. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and technical drawing review. (Preferred)
 13. Excellent communication skills to liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
 14. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
