Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Location: Hampshire - ManufacturingFull‐time | Permanent
We are working with a well‐established manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop their warehouse and logistics function.
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, robust inventory control, full regulatory compliance, and exceptional internal and external customer service.
The Role:
* Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to deliver high performance and world‐class service
* Manage warehouse KPIs, budgets, and operational costs
* Oversee proactive inventory management, cycle counting, and stock accuracy
* Optimise material handling to support manufacturing operations
* Manage freight forwarding activities and ensure import/export compliance
* Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards
* Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems
About You:
* Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems
* Experience managing teams and driving operational performance
* Understanding of customs procedures and freight forwarding operations
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Calm under pressure, structured, and improvement‐focused
Desirable:
* Formal qualification in Warehousing or Operations Management
* HMRC Customs and Export Clearance experience
