Requirements
Significant experience working with children or young children.
Support pupils in developing speech, language, and communication skills.
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement targeted interventions.
Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
