Role Description:

We're partnering with a growing organisation seeking a Junior Bid Writer to join their Business Development team. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality bids that drive new business.
The Role:
As a Junior Bid Writer, you'll support the creation of compelling, high-quality content for tenders, proposals, and bids. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and internal teams to gather information, tailor responses, and help produce winning submissions.
This is a great opportunity to learn the full bid lifecycle while building your skills in writing, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the development of bid and tender responses
* Writing clear, engaging, and tailored content for submissions
* Collaborating with internal teams to gather key information
* Assisting with the coordination and submission of bids to meet deadlines
* Maintaining and updating bid content libraries
* Proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and quality
* Using tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, and AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot)
* Contributing to presentations and sales materials
* Supporting continuous improvement by gathering feedback on submissions

* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in bids, proposals, admin, or content writing
* Familiarity with facilities management or service-based industries
* Exposure to Adobe or bid management tools
