The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning. *Responsibilities** Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
* Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their interests are prioritised.
* Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client work.
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
* Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service. *Experience** Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of relevant experience in private client law.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
* Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
