We are looking for a boundaried and compassionate SEMH mentor to work 1:1 with a Year 9 student who requires structure, empathy, and consistency. This pupil, who has SEMH needs and a visual impairment, will thrive under the guidance of a calm, confident professional experienced in managing challenging behaviour and providing positive role modelling. This role commences immediately and continues until the academic year concludes in September 2025. We're looking for someone who: Maintains strong, supportive boundaries and is comfortable with having difficult conversations Has direct experience with or a willingness to learn about working with students with vision impairments and SEMH needs Is a confident communicator with staff and families Can create engaging, individualized mentoring experiences and meaningful learning projects
