You will own the full customer journey, from onboarding to retention, designing experiences that deepen engagement and drive measurable business outcomes for a dual-platform business.

* 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with leadership experience.
* Proven success in multi-channel lifecycle execution and automation platforms like Customer.io.
* Strong analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
