PA/Administrator- DELTA Centre
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant/Administrator for our Director to support daily operationswith the organisation and running of courses and teaching events. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. This role requires a flexible and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Average 15 hr a week but must be flexible
Provide comprehensive administrative support.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Manage correspondence in the form of phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage course delegate payments (over the phone along with monitoring bank transfers) and organising relevant contracts.
Keep up-to-date records of payments.
Organise catering for courses when required.
Support the Director and any course team member/delegate as needed
The ability to be flexible with hours worked to enable courses to run smoothly.
Professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial experience (healthcare, education, or training preferred) role or similar position.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Strong clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Pay: £27,400.00-£30,200.00 per year pro-rata ( That is Full time pay )
Experience:
Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: Predominantly remote with an average of 30 days in person on site
