You will be joining a passionate and highly skilled community, supported by a Senior Leadership Team who are committed to your professional growth and the wellbeing of your team.

You will need:

•A Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

•An excellent and recent proven track record as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting, with evidence of a highly effective supervisory role, compelling leadership results and commitment to working directly with all aspects of the day-to-day care of the children.

•A deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation and positive behaviour support.

•Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.

•A genuine commitment to making a difference to the lives of complex and vulnerable children and young people.

•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the contextual working impact of the Children’s Home Regulations and their relationship with KCSIE

Why St Joseph’s?

•Competitive salary and pension scheme
