The Opportunity
This is a senior commercial leadership role with a clear mission: to make access to exceptional private healthcare more seamless, ethical and human. You’ll take full ownership of the client facing sales function - managing a high performing team, shaping national strategy and ensuring every interaction reflects the organisational values of trust, integrity and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a national sales strategy aligned with patient experience and operational goals
* Lead and coach a team of client engagement professionals with empathy and commercial intelligence
* Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and professional partners
* Identify and activate new growth channels including direct referrals, B2B relationships and digital leads
* Partner cross functionally to ensure promises made are promises kept
* Contribute to board level conversations on commercial direction and customer strategy
Who We’re Looking For
* Senior level experience in sales or business development within private healthcare, private clinics, wellness concierge medicine or another high trust environment is essential
* Proven ability to lead teams and build cultures focused on empathy, results and ethical delivery
* Strong strategic mindset with hands on commercial execution
* A relationship builder who earns credibility with discerning clients and executive stakeholders
