The Role: We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to: Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, fostering learning and independence. Assist with classroom management and create a calm, supportive environment. Prepare tailored resources and support communication and social skills development. Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, therapists, and families. What You Bring: Experience working with young people in SEN settings-or a strong passion for special education. Patience, empathy, flexibility, and strong communication skills. A collaborative mindset and readiness to contribute to a supportive, inclusive team. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
