Information and Records Management Advisor - 12 months fixed-term contract, Croydon
The Pension Protection Fund (PPF) is seeking an Information and Records Management Advisor to support our Information and Data Governance Manager. This role involves maintaining and improving the PPF’s Information and Records Management (IRM) function, providing guidance to staff, ensuring compliance with the Public Records Act, benchmarking digital preservation levels, and enhancing staff training and awareness.
Suitable candidates will have a high academic qualification or relevant experience in records management or information governance. Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Office 365 at a senior user or administrator level is required.
The successful candidate will promote good records management practices, handle sensitive information professionally, and be receptive to new technology and learning opportunities.
