We're offering an exceptional opportunity for a commercially-minded Senior Marketing Executive to take complete ownership of lead generation and brand marketing across several successful B2B brands within a thriving group. You'll collaborate directly with Managing Directors and Sales Directors to deliver performance-driven results—campaign by campaign, sector by sector.
What sets this role apart?
This isn't your typical internal communications or content-heavy position. It's a comprehensive 360° marketing role where you'll lead both strategy and execution—from paid media and targeted sector campaigns to events and sophisticated digital funnels. Whilst you'll work alongside talented in-house specialists in digital, design, and web development, the results will be entirely yours to own.
Simply put: you'll function as a Brand Manager in all but title—and you'll be positioned to secure that promotion within 12 months.
Your Mission
As the driving force behind B2B marketing performance, you will:
* Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns across diverse B2B brands
* Own marketing budgets and optimise ROI across email, paid media, social, and events
* Work directly with Sales Directors to support revenue targets through quality lead delivery
* Build nurturing strategies that effectively guide prospects through conversion funnels
* Leverage data and analytics dashboards to measure impact and continuously refine campaigns
* Partner with in-house digital and creative specialists to bring campaigns to market
* Shape brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across key vertical markets
What You'll Need
* 5+ years' experience in B2B lead generation and campaign management
* Demonstrable success creating and managing marketing funnels that convert prospects to customers
* Proven ability to manage multiple brand campaigns and sector strategies simultaneously
* Strong track record of collaborating with Sales teams to align pipeline performance
* Sharp commercial instincts and bias for action—this role focuses on managing outcomes, not people
* Experience within service-led B2B industries (non-stock holding sectors preferred)
