Telematics and CCTV Field Engineers - Nationwide
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Telematics and CCTV Field Engineers based around the Greater London area, but able to work Nationwide, throughout the UK. You will be instrumental in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telematics systems in vehicles. Reporting to your mentor/our Installations Director, your role requires strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. Your expertise will directly impact the organization’s ability to leverage technology for enhanced vehicle performance and data management. Join us in driving innovation in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain vehicle telematics and CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing vehicle electronics.
* Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in vehicles.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
The position is field-based and customer-facing, so the candidate will need to be well presented and professional. Telematics and CCTV experience within vehicles is a must, and the successful candidate would need to demonstrate quality installation skills. Your working hours will average around 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
