Salary: National ranging from £39,100 to £42,200 and London from £41,500 to £45,000

Within the HR Division, Organisational Capability seeks to enable organisational performance through developing the capabilities our colleagues need today and for the future. Our work is based in effective diagnosis and delivery of people solutions that drive the organisation forward.
Through working with other experts on the team, you will support the delivery of strategic HR projects and programmes – enabling you to strengthen your project co-ordination and internal/ stakeholder management skills and grow your confidence to lead projects on your own.
What you will be doing
1. You will be responsible for the programme management of our apprenticeship offering (including pastoral care of learners, supporting line managers and the day-to-day supplier management of our learning providers) and sponsored study offering
2. You will work on projects which help develop organisational capability and will have a genuine interest in how well delivered people practices support effective organisational performance and, in our case, better outcomes for consumers and markets
3. Leading and/or supporting on capability / learning agendas, working with our business stakeholders and sponsors to identify, develop and strengthen key capabilities that support our business plan and designing learning solutions
4. You will work on some projects independently, and for other larger projects you will work as part of a matrix project team, but in either case you will deliver effectively within your accountabilities
5. Analysing data and translating insights into proposals and delivery plans
6. Evaluating the success of key learning activities and reporting back to stakeholders
7. Monitoring activity, resource, budget and risk management within allocated projects and escalating issues as appropriate to more senior colleagues

The skills and experience you will have
Minimum
