The Role
As part of the Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality bid submissions by coordinating proposal responses, project sheets and CVs, while working closely with technical, commercial and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and produce compliant, high-quality proposals in line with the UK bid process
* Review bid documentation, identifying key requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria
* Liaise with commercial teams on contractual and legislative requirements
* Participate in bid kick-off meetings and planning sessions
* Carry out targeted research to support win themes
* Review and edit bid content to ensure it is clear, compelling, accurate and on-brand
* Support the design and production of bid presentations
* Maintain and update the CRM system
About You
* Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the built environment
* Strong copywriting, editing and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of the bid process
* Working knowledge of InDesign and MS Office
* Confident communicator who is proactive, organised and calm under pressure
