Overview
The role is home-based with an expectation to visit learners in their settings. This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support training and assessment for apprentices based in the Early Years Education sector. Knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion. It is a busy role with a mix of appointments, admin and keeping up to date with the latest policies and procedures. Time-management and organisational skills are essential, as is a positive outlook and self-motivation.
Personal Specification / Qualifications
* CAVA, A1 award or working towards
* Qualification in Early Years at level 3 or equivalent
* Self-awareness and the desire for continuous personal improvement
* Good work ethics and passion for team comradery
* Positive attitude and personable approach
* Resilience with the ability to recover from setbacks quickly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively

* Established credibility and experience interfacing with senior leadership

Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years sector
* Share knowledge and experience from the Early Years sector to support apprentice progression
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
* Manage a busy mix of appointments and administrative tasks
* Travel to nursery settings to visit learners and employers within assigned areas
