Im working with a well:established property developer/private housing contractor who is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager on a temp:to:perm basis.
Experience:
Proven experience in residential refurb and construction
Strong contract, commercial and site oversight capability
Site Managers or Project Managers looking to step up into a Contracts Manager role are also encouraged
Rate and permanent package negotiable depending on experience
