Stirling Golf Club – one of the oldest and most picturesque golf courses in Scotland
Stirling Golf Club, founded in 1869 and set in the historic King’s Park beneath the iconic Stirling Castle, is one of Scotland’s most picturesque and prestigious member clubs. An R&A Qualifying and Scottish Golf Championship venue, the course—refined by James Braid and later Sir Henry Cotton—offers consistently superb playing conditions.
With a full, engaged membership and a welcoming clubhouse at the heart of the community, the Club is ambitious for the future and now seeks a General Manager to help drive its continued success.
The new General Manager’s key responsibilities will include:
* Fostering a positive club culture
* Leading & developing the whole team
* Overseeing day‑to‑day operations across the whole club
The General Manager will operate within a supportive governance structure and be central to influencing the future direction and development at the club.

In order to meet these challenges, the successful candidate must demonstrate:
* A proven record in effectively managing a service‑based organisation
* A thorough understanding of the operational and governance demands of a private members golf club
* An outgoing personality to positively influence the performance of others
