* Work closely with senior managers to make sure
team and guest needs are met.

* Be the go to person for guests and staff during
service.
* Handle any issues or feedback professionally and

* Lead by example in creating a friendly,
welcoming atmosphere.

* Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards

* Follow and enforce company procedures – from
opening and closing to food safety and cash handling.
* Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive
working environment.
About You:
* Experience
in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or
retail.
* Confident
leading a team in a fast paced environment.
* Strong
communicator with a calm, can do attitude.
* Passion
for great service and a keen eye for detail.
