Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Develop new recipes and menu items that align with our culinary vision.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards for all dishes served.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
