Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced office Administrator to join our team working Saturdays only 10am - 3pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, supporting senior management, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Duties:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Utilise Google Suite for communication and collaboration

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls

- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess:

- Proven experience in an administrative role

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience in the blinds and shutters industry or a related field is highly desirable

Saturdays only

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
