The Opportunity This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll across multiple contracts in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the Payroll Supervisor and wider payroll team to ensure all payments, legislative requirements, and internal processes are completed to a high standard. The position also supports ongoing payroll projects, including system improvements and Year End activity. 2-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to extend) Your duties and responsibilities will be Process end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts within designated timeframes. Administer pay in accordance with various National and Pay Agreements. Review and apply pay rate increases in line with National/Pay Agreements, including calculating and processing any required backpay. Process new starters, leavers, and any associated payments. Calculate redundancy payments. Calculate and process statutory and occupational payments. Audit peer work to ensure accuracy and provide constructive feedback where required.
