RAD. is seeking a motivated and skilled Project/Installation Manager to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in managing installations or construction projects, and a passion for leading teams to success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Resolve project-related issues and ensure deadlines are met
Provide leadership and guidance to installation teams
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project management or installations (construction experience is a plus)
SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certification is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proactive problem-solving skills
Experience in managing construction or technical installations is a plus
Salary:
£50-60K, Experience dependent.
Office base:
Head office, Chatham, Kent.
