Educated Appointments are absolutely delighted to be working alongside an Ofsted Outstanding Provider of apprenticeships within the IT, Tech and Digital Sector to recruit an Account Relationship Manager.
The client's relationships are their top priority. They're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as their main point of contact. Coming from either a background in recruitment, sales or customer service, the ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
You will join the Account Management Team which means you will work with organisations to help them identify skill gaps and grow their teams. You will be on hand to support the employer whilst their learner is on-programme with the client. You will collaborate closely with their team of Coaches to assist with action plans and resolve any concerns they may have. As learners approach the completion of their programme, you will begin discussing the opportunity for them to progress onto a Level 4 Programme.
There are 2 different Account Management Positions:
Account Manager
You’re focused on delivering exceptional service to employers and learners alike, while growing your experience in sales and customer success.
In this role, you’ll:
Manage a portfolio of SME employer accounts
Aim for 4 apprenticeship starts per month
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients
Identify and generate new opportunities through progressions, upselling, and cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams and coaches to resolve learner or service issues
Ensure accurate client records and data tracking
Support strong learner completion and retention rates
Contribute to a positive team environment and service standards
Senior Account Manager
You’re confident in independently managing accounts, solving challenges, and influencing positive outcomes for clients and learners.
In this role, you’ll:
Take ownership of a broader and more complex account base
Aim for 5 apprenticeship starts per month
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in your portfolio
Take a consultative approach to identifying employer needs and positioning solutions
Provide proactive account management, including regular reviews and growth planning
Escalate and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Coach junior team members and share insights to improve team performance
Maintain accurate account forecasting and reporting
