Role Information:
Start Date: September
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Pay: £88.94-£100 per day
Contract: Ongoing with strong potential for permanent placement
What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) as a LEarning Support Assistant
Help adapt lessons and resources to ensure every child can access learning
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored learning strategies
Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting as a Learning Support Assistant
Solid understanding of strategies to support diverse learning needs
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Local to Dudley or able to travel reliably each day
