This company are seeking a proactive and highly organised Temporary Administrator / PA to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of key projects, managing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This will be a full time position, 37 hours per week based at their office in Worcester and will run for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and handling confidential correspondence.
Assist with the delivery of key business projects, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and management reviews.
Manage incoming communications, prioritising requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, document management, and updating internal systems.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies across the department. Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role, ideally supporting senior management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business systems.
High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
