We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that grow with your experience. As a newly qualified nurse you will be supported by our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme and will develop your skills in a nurse‑led environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care to residents at a time when they may feel vulnerable.
* Guide and support residents in life‑changing decisions and maintain professional behaviour.
* Advocate a person‑centred approach and deliver a compassionate environment.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and report if concerns arise.
* Support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students and mentor colleagues.
Qualifications
Essential
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
* Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
Desirable
* Experience in a care home environment.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
Person Specification
* Passion to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
* Effective communication, both verbal and written.
* Role model professional behaviours and person‑centred care.
* Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns.
