Caddick Civil Engineering is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (graduate level) to join our commercial team in Yorkshire & North East. This role will provide valuable experience supporting the commercial management of infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with cost management and project financial reporting.
* Support valuations and payment applications.
* Assist with subcontract procurement and management.
* Support change control and cost forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar.
* Strong numerical and analytical ability.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
