What We're Looking For You must have strong practical experience in both CNC milling and turning, including: Technical Experience Proven background in CNC programming and process engineering. Experience programming and setting CNC machinery, ideally including Hardinge and Citizen Miyano machines. Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems. Ability to work confidently with titanium, maraging steels, and super alloys. Comfortable producing components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Skilled in optimising cutting strategies, tooling selection, and machining efficiency. Additional Skills A hands-on approach to machine setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
